Wir geben Restaurants ihre Freiheit zurück. Lieferplattformen versprechen Reichweite, binden Gastronomen aber oft in teure Abhängigkeiten mit hohen Provisionen und dem Verlust des direkten Kontakts zu ihren Stammkunden. Mit unserem Webshop, der sie wieder in den Vordergrund stellt, und intelligenten Tools helfen wir Restaurants, ihre Kundenbeziehungen zu stärken, Kosten zu senken und wieder unabhängig zu arbeiten.

Als CTPO (m/w/d) übernimmst du die volle Verantwortung für Produkt, Technologie und Delivery. Du stellst sicher, dass unser Produktteam reibungslos liefert, Ideen schnell Realität werden und Strukturen entstehen, die mit uns wachsen. Dabei bist du anfangs auch hands-on in der Planung und Steuerung, von der Sprintplanung bis Blocker-Management, und entwickelst nach und nach Prozesse, die skalieren.

Du agierst mit dem Commitment eines Co-Founders. Du triffst im Produkt- und Tech-Bereich wesentliche Entscheidungen, gestaltest Operations und Entwicklung aktiv mit und bist Teil des Kernteams, das die nächsten Jahre von Robin Cook prägen wird. Mit Unternehmensanteilen bist du nicht nur dabei, sondern baust mit uns auf.

Deine Aufgaben

Produkt- & Delivery-Verantwortung

Du stellst sicher, dass unser gesamtes Produktteam (Development, Data, Design) zuverlässig liefert und Ideen schnell in funktionierende Produkte übersetzt werden
Du entscheidest, wie Produkt, Tech und Business zusammenspielen, und setzt Prioritäten, die uns Wachstum ermöglichen
Du bist nah genug an Code, Design und Prozessen, um fundierte Entscheidungen zu treffen und dein Team wirksam zu unterstützen

Operative Delivery-Führung

Du bringst Struktur, Priorität und Verbindlichkeit in den Entwicklungsprozess vom Shaping bis zum Go-Live
Du stellst sicher, dass Sprintplanung, OKRs und Roadmaps realistisch, transparent und verbindlich sind
Du erkennst Blocker frühzeitig und sorgst dafür, dass sie gelöst werden
Du stellst sicher, dass Data, Design und Development reibungslos zusammenarbeiten

Führung & Teamaufbau

Du führst das Produktteam fachlich und disziplinarisch, forderst Leistung ein und förderst Motivation und Eigenverantwortung
Du etablierst Feedback- und Entscheidungsroutinen, die Verbindlichkeit schaffen
Du baust ein starkes, verlässliches Produktteam auf, das echten Mehrwert für Restaurants schafft

Dein Profil

Du hast bereits mehrere Jahre Verantwortung in Tech und Produkt übernommen, z. B. als CTO, CPO oder in einer Rolle an der Schnittstelle
Entweder hast du selbst schon gegründet oder du warst von Beginn an Teil eines Startups
Du hast interdisziplinäre Teams (Data, Devs, Design) geführt und die Brücke zwischen Technologie, Produkt und Delivery geschlagen
Du fühlst dich wohl damit, Verantwortung für Technologie, Produkt und Delivery gleichzeitig zu tragen
Du kannst Entscheidungen treffen, die Technik, Produkt und Business ins Gleichgewicht bringen
Du bist bereit, Verantwortung im Kernteam zu übernehmen und die Zukunft des Unternehmens entscheidend mitzugestalten
Du kommunizierst klar, verbindlich und transparent, auf Englisch und idealerweise auch auf Deutsch

Your mission

Build the technical and operational foundation that gives restaurants back their freedom.

We help restaurants regain their independence. Delivery platforms promise reach but often tie restaurateurs into expensive dependencies with high commissions and the loss of direct contact with their regular customers. With our webshop, which puts them back in the spotlight, and intelligent tools, we help restaurants strengthen customer relationships, reduce costs, and regain independence.

As CTPO (f/m/d) you will take full responsibility for product, technology, and delivery. You will ensure that our product team delivers smoothly, that ideas quickly become reality, and that scalable structures are established. At first you’ll be hands-on in planning and coordination from sprint planning to blocker management and develop processes that scale.

You act with the commitment of a co-founder. You make key decisions in product and tech, actively shape operations and development and are part of the core team that will define the next years of Robin Cook. With company shares you’re not just part of it, you’re shaping the company.

Your tasks

Product & Delivery Ownership

Ensure that our entire product team (Development, Data, Design) delivers reliably and quickly translates ideas into working products
Decide how product, tech and business interact and set priorities that enable growth
Stay close enough to code, design and processes to make solid decisions and effectively support your team

Operational Delivery Leadership

Bring structure, prioritization, and accountability to the development process, from shaping to go-live
Ensure sprint planning, OKRs and roadmaps are realistic, transparent and committed
Spot blockers early and make sure they’re resolved
Guarantee smooth collaboration across data, design and development

Leadership & Team Building

Lead the product team both technically and disciplinarily, demand performance while fostering motivation and ownership
Establish feedback and decision-making routines that create accountability
Build a strong, reliable product team that creates real value for restaurants

Your profile

You have already taken responsibility in tech and product, e.g. as CTO, CPO, or in a bridging role
Either you have founded a company yourself or you have been part of a startup from the very beginning
You have led interdisciplinary teams (Data, Devs, Design) and built the bridge between technology, product and delivery
You are comfortable carrying responsibility for technology, product, and delivery at the same time
You can make decisions that balance technology, product and business
You are ready to take responsibility in the core team and actively shape the company’s future
You communicate clearly, reliably and transparently in English and ideally also in German
You are willing to work on-site in Bremen and embrace this opportunity with real commitment
